Objective: Through the investigation of the practice status of medical staff in urban public hospital in Guangxi province this study compared the differences between the practice status of the different personality characteristics of medical staff and explored the factors related to the practice status of medical staff.From the perspective of public hospital reform,in order to further improve the working environment of medical staff,improve the quality of medical services,improve the satisfaction of medical staff and promote the sustainable development of medical teams,the research suggested the relevant policies.Methods: In this study,the methers including the literature research,the expert consultation,the questionnaire survey and the mathematical statistics were used to analysis the practice of medical staff in urban public hospitals in Guangxi province.(1)The methods of the literature research and the expert consultation were used to understand the problems related to the work and life of medical staff,and to design the Preliminary questionnaire of the practice status of medical staff.(2)Through the questionnaire survey,the basic data on the practice status of medical staff in urban public hospitals in Guangxi province were collected.In the pre-survey,using the convenience sampling to extract the medical staff in a urban public hospital in Guangxi province,the study issued 165 questionnaires and recovered 150 valid questionnaires,analyzed the pre-survey results,and then revised and determined the formal questionnaire revision.In the formal investigation,using the multi-stage stratified random sampling method,firstly in accordance with good,medium and poor economic development level the cities in Guangxi province were divided into three layers and in each layer one city was randomly selected,and then the People's Hospital,the Chinese Medicine Hospital and the Maternal and Child Health Hospital in the city were selected as the sample survey unit,and secondly in the sample of the nine public hospitals,randomly selected 20 doctors,20 nurses and 20 medical technicians in each hospital and issued questionnaires.The study issued a total of 540 questionnaires,and recovered 518 valid questionnaires.(3)Mathematical statistics and spss19.0 analysis software were used in this study.The principal component analysis and factor analysis were used to reduce the dimension of the questions in pre-survey,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by spss19.0 analysis software.This paper used the descriptive statistical method to evaluated the practice status of the medical staff in the urban public hospitals in Guangxi.The variance analysis method and the T test were used to compare the differences of the practice status of the medical staff with different personality characteristics.The linear regression model was used to explore the influencing factors of the medical staff in urban public hospitals in Guangxi province.Results: The average score of the overall practice status of medical staff inurban public hospitals in Guangxi procince was 3.23 points,with the standard deviation of 0.59 points,being in the middle level.The average score of the occupational identity dimension was the lowest,2.78 points,with the standard deviation of 0.46 points,and the average score of the work pressure dimension was highest,3.49 points,with the standard deviation of 0.56 points.(1)The general practice status of the medical staff with different personnel establishment was statistically significant(t=-2.018,P < 0.05),and the total score of the medical staff of the personnel establishment medical staff was higher than that of the no personnel establishment medical staff.(2)There was statistical significance in the medical staff general practice status(F=6.548,P < 0.05),doctoral degree of medical staff in general best practice status,master degree of tertiary qualifications of medical personnel practice status of the lowest score.(3)The professional practice of medical staff with different titles was statistically significant(F=5.896,P < 0.05),the highest score of the medical staff was the highest,and the professional status of the junior medical staff was the lowest.According to the results of multiple linear regression analysis,the results showed that the educational background,professional title and the type of the medical staff had an impact on the overall status of the medical staff.Conclusion: according to the results of the study,the working hours of medical staff are generally longer and the work was overload,most of them do not agree with the current public hospital reform policies and measures.And they were unsatisfied with the current salary management,also professional identity was low,and they feel confused to their career development.Education,professional titles,the preparation of the medical staff is the status of therelevant factors.Recommendation: The government should carry out the reform of public hospitals and adjust the salary structure to improve the organizational environment.The hospital should improve the salary management system,pay attention to the professional development of medical staff,and establish a training system that matches the professional development of medical staff.From a personal perspective,the medical staff should advance their career planning and change the concept of "Institution staff" so that adapt to the public hospital reform policy.
