(?)BJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of the reduced blood ester of the Ethyl acetate (?)xtraction of Lonicera caerulea L. Var. edulis Turcz. EELC on the high ester Wistar rat and its herapeutic mechanism.METHODS: The mice of the high ester was tested , the effects of the reduced blood ester of the orally administered with EELC to the high ester rat. The ratio of the volume Liver was calculated ; the content of the blood serum were detecter by colorimetry on triglyceride(TG), TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, malondildehyde (MDA), Nitricoxide (NO) and the activity of superoxidedismutase(SOD) , glutaathione perioxidase(GSH-PX) , nitric oxide synthase (NOS) [(tNOS) , (eNOS) , (iNOS) ]; and the activity of the liver of the blood plasma were detecter by colorimetry on the superoxidedismutase(SOD) and ester fement[(LA) , (LPL) , (HL)].RESULTS: EELC showed significantly the reduced blood ester and The ratio of the volume Liver was lessened. The content of TC, LDL, TG were decreased by EELC and increasedthe HDL; The hypertriglyceridemia activity of the high ester rat upregulated by EELC. the compared with control group, the activities of lipases, including LPL and HL, were significantly upregulated in model group and compared with model group, were upregulated SOD, EELC had preventing effect; EELC upregulated NOS in the blood serum and increased NO ; upregulated the activity of SOD , GSH-PX in the blood serum and SOD in the liver:downregulated the content of MDA .CONCLUSION: EELC showed significantly the reduced blood ester and improved anti-oxidazt activity, enhanced the life quality. The possible mechanism is that: impro-ved the blood vessel endothelium function, enhanced the ability of the body anti-oxidation activity, preventing the generation of excessive lipid per-oxidation and injurying the free radicals.
