Objective: To investigate the effect of phenotype reversion after the serum on vascular smooth muscle cell in VSMC of ASO while adding to granule of Detoxifying Du And Activating Blood and heparin sodium. Method:The models of ASO in rabbit were developed by Vitamin D3 and high fat food. After the models had been succeed, the rabbits were eated for Detoxifying Du And Activating Blood Granule . The rabbits were hemospasted from the heart when the last one after 1 hour. The serum were collected from the blood and stored at-20 degree. VSMC were collected from the artery wall of ASO. After using cell culture, the cell were divided into blank control group, Detoxifying Du And Activating Blood Granule control group, heparin sodium control group and the granule of Detoxifying Du And Activating Blood add heparin sodium control group . The protein level and area of a -smooth muscle-actin and PDGF-A in VSMC were studied by means of immunocytochemistry after VSMC were add to the granule of Detoxifying Du And Activating Blood and heparin sodium.Result: The morphologic change of VSMC were study under the inverted microscope .
