The Study Of Theory And Experiment Of FulingZexie And Shanzha Decoction Treating Hyperlipidemia At The Early Stage

Objective: Under the guidance of Chinese theory and combining cilincal practice,the auther puts forward to a hypothesis that "improper diet might result in phlegm, phlegm—dam stagnating in the spleen, phlegm causing stagnation of blood"is an important pathogenesis at the early stage of hyperlipidemia,creats the therapeutic method— "resolving phlegm, strengthening spleen , removing blood stasis", drafts the formula of fuling zexie and shanzha , observes its threrapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia and probes its compatibility mechanism, the aim of the research is to seek the effective therapeutic new method to treat hyperlipidemia. Methods: Adopting waster rats ,given lipid diet as pathological model,given drugs orally,the author measures weight, triglyceride(TG) , cholesterol(TC) , HDL, hymodynamic data. Results:The formula has assured antihyperli-pidemia effect,with making cholesterol obviously drop compared with control group, P<0.01, decreasing blood viscousness compared with control group, P<0.01. Conclusions: The formula of filling zexie and shanzha has good decreasing cholesterol effect,decreasing blood viscousness,so as to protect the heart and brian from damage of hyperlipidemia.
