| The optimum techniques making Danhua granule were screened by L9(34) orthogonal-designed choice. The quality standard of medicinal materials and Danhua granule was established. In the study of the quality standard of Danhua granule, seven kinds of Chinese medicine in Danhua granule were identified by TLC, and conent determination of Paeonol by HPLC was studied. The experimentation of stability of Danhua granule proved that the medicine is stable in twelve months at usual temperature. The animal experiments proved that the granule could diminish inflammation and ease pain, improve rheology and microcirculation of blood. It was safe and innocuous.
