American psychiatrist Engel formally brought out biopsychosocial model in 1977. He pointed out, an integrative concept of health and disease should include the interaction of biology, psychology and sociology. Establishing the patient-centered medical service mode and medical instrument system represent the scientific intension of biopsychosocial medical mode. The design and implementation of portable instruments should be greatly developed to advance the transition of medical mode.Based on the analyzing the structure of the ECG monitoring system and the requirement of function, this paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of the monitoring system for ECG through Universal Serial Bus(USB) interface. I select MCU AduC812 to implement the monitoring system, devise the flash memory, LCM interface, key etc, and equip a USB interface. The software in the monitoring system is programmed by ASM51.Considering that the environment where the monitoring system is used is various and complicated, and has a lot of interaction, it is important to adopt anti-interaction methods to devise the monitoring system. The system adopts some anti-interaction methods from hardware aspect, for example power, amplifier output, PCB board, signal input port etc. Software anti-interaction methods include instruction redundance, program trap, watchdog etc. Software design has some virtues such as flexibility, stability and saving hardware resources...
