Purpose : To observe the clinical curative effect of advanced lung cancer treated bycombined Acupoint-injection and chemotherapy for improving the quality of life(QOL) immunological function and reducing the toxicity and side effects ofmedication.Method : The observation was based on the clinical research of prophase forobserving the quality of life immunological function and the toxicity and side effectsof medication. 32 advanced lung cancer patients were randomly divided into theobserved group (n=18, treated with combined chemotherapy and injection ofHuangqi injectio into Zusanli and Shenshu) and the control group (n=14, treatedwith chemotherapy), Both groups were treated and evaluated after 2 cycles (28 daysper cycle).The blood routine examination, symptomatic relief, tumor size ,immunological function and adverse effects etc were observed and compared.Result:?Curative effect of the near future: The effective rate in observed group was11.11% and in the control group was7.14%, the difference between the two groupswas no significance (P> 0. 05).?Quality of life (QOL) : including Karnofsky, clinical symptom , the change ofpain and weight elevation in the observed group were better than that in the controlgroup, the differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05 ) .(3) Side effects : The observed group had a low incidence in toxicity for the digestivetract and the bone marrow depression was significantly lower than the control groupand (P<0.05) .The harm of the liver and kidney function have not significantdifference.
