The Comparative Study In Aidi Injection With Kang Ai Injection In Combination With Chemotherapy For Middle-aged And Elderly Patients Who Suffered From Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:Through the treatment comparation from Aidi injection combined chemotherap-y group(the following reffered to as: Aidi group)、 Kang ai injection combined chemotherapy group(the following reffered to as: Kang ai group) and pure chemotherapy group as to middle-aged and elderly patients who suffered from advanced non-small cell lung cancer(the following reffered to as:NSCLC) ,whose pa- ttern syndrome is qi and yin deficiency syndrome,observed the change of cellular immunity function、biood coagulation function、the quality of life、Chinese medicine syndrome and drug adverse reaction,probed the influence of Aidi injection and Kang ai injection to the above crowd,in order to providing a certain basis to select auxiliary anti-cancer proprietary Chinese medicine reasonly.Research methods:According to the inclusion criteria of TCM syndrome: qi and in-deficiency syndrome from middle-aged and elderly(age:45-74 years old) patients with NSCLC,taking the clinical randomized controlled method,divided into three groups: Aidi group、Kang ai group、pure chemotherapy group,each group of 20 cases of patients,adopted the same chemotherapy scheme:GP,every courses are for 10 days,21 days is a cycle of chemotherapy,two periods of treatment was regarding to one observation period. Three groups of patients, respectively,in the first course of 1th day,the second course of 10th day,determined the cellularimm unity function(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8),biood coagulation function:activ-ated partial thromboplastin time(the following reffered to as:APTT)、Prothrombin time(the follow- ing reffered to as: PT)、thrombin time(the following reffered to as:TT)、Tibrinogen(the following reffered to as:FIB)、Plasma D-dinner、Platelet(the following reffered to as:PLT) and the quality of life、Chinese medicine syndrome and blood routine、liver function、renal function,and then observed the value changes of three groups of patients before and after treatment, at the same time,evaluated the KPS score changes,TCM syndrome integral,toxic and side reaction of chemotherapy, judged the curative effect in the second course of 10th day.alldate statistic using the software SPSS 16.0.Results:1.The general clinical data in the three groups of patients before treatment (including: KPS score)、cellular immunity function(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8)、biood coagulation function(APTT,PT, TT, FIB, Plasma D-dinner, PLT)、TCM syndrome integral,there w-as no statistical significance.2. Cellular immunity function: CD3, CD4, CD4 / CD8 increased after the treatment in Aidi and Kang ai injection,CD8 decreased, the comparion in the each group before and after the treatment had statistical significance, no statistically significant change in the two groups before and after the treatment, Pure chemotherapy group CD3, CD4, CD4 / CD8 decreased after treatmentl, CD8 increased, but the comparion in the each group before and after the treatment had no statistical significance.3. Blood coagulation function:Aidi group:APTT、PT、TT increased contrast to the front, Fib、Plasma D-dimer、PLT decreased, the comparion in the each group before and after the treatment had statistical significance;Kang ai group: APTT、TT、Plasma D-dimer、PLT decreased, PT、FIB increased,but the comparion in the each group before and after the treat-tment had no statistical significance; Pure chemotherapy group:APTT、PT、TT、PLT decreased, FIB、Plasma D - dimer increased, all had no statistical significance.4. KPS score:Aidi group improving rate:55%, Kang ai group improving rate:60%, Pure chemotherapy group improving rate:35%, the comparation in the three groups, P is 0.040, then compared in the two groups, Aidi group:Kangai group, Pis 0.469, there is no statistical significance in the two groups, regarded that there was equal effect in he two groups, superior to Pure chemotherapy group。5.TCM syndrome integral:Aidi group improving rate:60%, Kang ai group improving rate: 70%, Pure chemotherapy group improving rate:40%, the comparation in the three groups, Pis 0.045, then compared in the two groups, Aidi group:Kangai group, Pis 0.548, there was no statistical significance in the two groups, regarded that there was equal effect in he two groups, superior to Pure chemotherapy group。6. toxic and side reaction of chemotherapy:In the respect of the incidence of nausea and vomiting diarrh. Constipation Hemoglobin loss, Creatinine addition,P>0.05, there was no statistical significance in the three groups. In the respect of White blood cells loss, there was no statistical significance in Aidi group and Kang ai group, less than Pure chemotherapy group. In the respect of ALT addition, there was no statistical significance in Aidi group and Pure chemotherapy group, but Kangai group had less than the other two groups, contrast to the former two groups, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Aidi injection, Kang ai injection can improve CD3, CD4, CD4 / CD8 levels in patients, improve cellular immune function、KPS score、TCM syndrome integral、 the loss of the white blood cell by chemotherapy;2.Aidi injection can improve patients’ blood coagulation function, reduce the high coagul-ation state;3.1n the respect of ALT addition, Kang ai group had Less change than the other two group-s,it shows that it has certain protective effect for liver function injury caused by chemotherap-y.
