| [Objective]To estimate the clinical effect of Hong-Hu enteroelysis on treatment of chromic pelvic inflammatory disease and observe bad influence to human body.. [Methods]The research method of random , double blind and parallel contrast were used. The symptoms, signs and ultrasound-B's examination of patients treated with Hong-Hu enteroelysis were compared to patients treated with Hong-Hua pill after one courses of treatment. Observe the patient's side effect to medicine and measure the patients' blood, urinary, stool routine test, liver and kidney function at pre-treatment and post-treatment respectively. [Result]Clinical effect: combined therapeutic, symptoms, signs effect: ITT: the effective rates of treatment group's are 56.94%; 59.73%; 55.55% respectively; the effective rates of control group's are 50.00%; 45.84%; 41.67% respectively. PP :the effective rates of treatment group's are 57.35%; 60.29%; 55.88% respectively; the effective rates control group's are 50.00%; 45.84%; 41.67% respectively. Statistical treatment difference is not statistically significant.Safty analysis: examination results of blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function before and after treatment are normal. No side effect was found. [Conclusion]?Hong-Hu enteroelysis is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. It is worth further researching and widely using on clinic. |
