The Study On Flavonoids Of Availability Group Of Galium Verum L.

Galium verum L. belongs to the family of Rubaceae. With the function of reducing away heat and toxic material, promoting blood circulation and so on, it is broadly used for years especially and limb phlebitis with marked curative effect.In this article, in order to make clear about the fundamental substances of Galium verum L. and build a rational standard of quality, we carry out a systematic study on the constituents of Galium verum L. based on the pharmacology experiment.Firstly, with resin C.C, Polyamide C.C, Si-gel C.C and ODS C.C , Sephadex C.C, fifteen monomer compounds are isolated from the 60% EtOH extr. and most of them are flavonoids,organic acid and anthraquinone are also obtained.Secondly, by now nine of them have been identified by ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR, 2D-NMR (HMBC,HSQC) and MS, including six compounds that are firstly found in the plant and a new compound.With the further study of traditional Chinese medicine modernization, the study on the fundamental substances is the foundation of setting up a rational standard of quality .
