Study Of Galium Verum L. On Fundamental Substance And Quality Standard

Fundamental substance and Quality standard of TCM is the key of modern TCM research. In this article ,we study the Fundamental substance and Quality standard of Galium verum L.Galium verum L. (Rubiaceae), expelling toxin cooling, promoting blood circulation, damping elimination and relieving itch, which is broadly used curing Lower limb phlebitis in northeast china for many years, marked curative effect.We select pharmacodynamics index, establish animal model, and carve availability group according to pharmacological experiments. And draw a conclusion that the 60%EtOH extr. is availability group .In this group, 15 compounds have been isolated, 13 are identified, 6 are the first isolation from Galium verum L., 2 are the compounds that no document reports. Most of the compounds are flavonoids, others are organic acid and anthraquinone. We determine the contents of general flavone with Galium verum L. of different seasons, and select the best herborization time. Then we compare the contents of general flavone, Diosmin, Palustroside and CHA in 10 samples, draw a conclusion that flavone, Diosmin and Palustroside are the representative index components in Quality standard, steady in different source. At last, we establish the fingerprint of Galium verum L., confirm that there are 19 peaks that can denote the Fundamental substance of Galium verum L. The research method is advanced and feasible, can be used for reference in other researchs.
