Analysis Of Acute Mountain Sickness Of Medical Geographic Differences For Young Soldiers

ObjectiveAcute Mountain Sickness (AMS) is a great threat for people moving from plain area to plateau or from low altitude to high altitude. To find the difference of AMS from different regions for young soldiers and study the relationships of AMS entered altitude by air and the medical geography condition of the solider were lives, we have this research. Methodsfirst ,373 subjects as altitude group were random sampling, symptoms questionnaire was used to investigate the mostly 15 common symptoms of group ,and every paper get a score by the answers, then we get the medical geography condition of the solider were lives , and we clustering regions as four group by the medical geography factors ,of course ,the soldiers were divide to four groups basis on the clustering, and we have a nonparametrics test. ResultsThere are differences for the acute mountain sickness of young soldiers from different regions.ConclusionThe acute mountain sickness can inevitably reduce the fighting capacity of our troops; In order to improve the army force in high altitude region,when have the health srevice of the difference of acute mountain sickniss of young soldiers from different regions, Geographical factors were population distribution should be considered in rescuing or training soldiers.
