The Study On The Construction And Application Of The Indicator System For Assessing The Military District General Hospital Clinicians' Ability Of Caring Combat Casualty In Combat

The indicator system for assessing military district general hospital clinicians' combat casualty care is mainly studied. On the basis of the studies on the current military district general hospital clinicians' clinical care ability, we established corresponding relations so as to select reserve doctors meeting the demands of wartime casualty cares, which changed the state of selecting reserve doctors by experience only, without support of scientifically quantitative data, and improved the combat casualty care ability . The evaluation of doctors' clinical care ability by the indicator system stressed the assessment of the comprehensive combat casualty ability and relevant care techniques. The indicator system was established on the basis of the data for assessing the current clinical care ability, which provided comparatively definite reference for scientifically selecting clinicians according with the demands of wartime combat casualty care. The basic conditions and authoritative analysis of 73 advisory experts establishing the indicator system were introduced in the first part of the article. The demands of military district general hospital clinicians' combat casualty care ability in the future war, characteristics of war injuries and developmental needs of combat casualty care, and calculation of the techniques of combat casualty care by the advisory experts in the future were analyzed in the second part. In the third part, the Delphi's method and group method were used for forming the item, intension, weight, value and scoring method of evaluating clinicians' combat casualty care ability into an indicator system with two structures (5 items in the first-class indicators and 13 in the second-class indicators), including the test content and concrete practice of evaluating the techniques of clinical operation (the test on ward-round ability, operative ability in special examination and score of the quality of cases history). In the fourth part, the wartime reserve member base of military command general hospital clinicians was established, theindicator of member selection was determined, 36 attending doctors and above were randomly extracted from the member reserve base of some military command general hospital, the established indicator system was used to evaluate their clinical care ability and the total integral of the clinical care ability after the score was quantified. The results were able to reflect the actual clinicians" care ability in a fair way, which tested and verified the practicability and application of the indicator system. The reflection om significance of offering every indicator in the system, action of establishing the indicator system, difficulties in the design and enforcement of the study and problems warranting thinking after the establishment of the indicator system of clinicians' combat casualty care were discussed in the fifth part.
