Study On Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System Of Teaching And Training Ability For Tertiary General Hospital

Objective To construct scientific evaluation index system of teaching and training ability for tertiary general hospital which can be applied to evaluate teaching and training quality of tertiary general hospitals, and to verify the scientificalness and feasibility of index system by analyzing 10 hospitals in Anhui province, and to provide reference for the good development of hospitals’ teaching and training work.Methods On the basis of literature research and data collection, the indexes were concluded and evaluation index system of teaching and training ability for tertiary general hospital was preliminarily constructed; Then the indexes were screened and modified by Delphi method, and indexes’ weights were calculated by analytical hierarchy process and evaluation index system of teaching and training ability for tertiary general hospital was finally established; Teaching and training situation of 10 hospitals in Anhui province were evaluated and problems existing in teaching and training work were analyzed.Results The evaluation index system of tertiary hospital teaching and training ability including 4 first grade indexes, 16 second grade indexes and 52 third grade indexes was established, and indexes’ weights were calculate; The teaching and training ability for tertiary general hospital was evaluated and the feasibility and reliability of evaluation index system; On the basis of construction and application of evaluation index system, some suggestions were put forward to improve hospitals’ teaching and training ability.Conclusion The evaluation index system of teaching and training ability for tertiary general hospital constructed in this research has feasibility and reliability, which may offer a reference for the improvement of teaching and training quality and the promotion of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research in tertiary general hospitals. Because time and individual level is limited, this research is still in initial tage. With the gradual and further application, the evaluation index system is expected o be more scientific and reliable.
