| [objective] The purpose of the present study was to define the effect of histamine on the injured liver, furthermore, we investigate the role of type I allergy in pathogenesis of acute hepatitis B.[Methods] 34 house rabbits are divided into 4 groups. thy are sham group ,modell group, model 2 group and treatment group. Rabbits model 1 group were injected 0.2mI/kg phosphohistamine, rabbits of model 2 group were injected 0.4ml/kg phosphohistamine ,those of the treatment group were injected ahd anti-histamine and we observed the changes of GPT and GOT of the 4 groups of rabbits before and after treatment. We also observed the pathology changes of liver tissue through optics microscope.[Results] 1 .The levels of GPT and GOT of both the model 1 group and model 2 group.are obviously higher than the sham's (P<0.01),but there are no obvious difference between moolel groups.2. There are no significantly changes in the level of GPT and GOT between the sham group and the treatment group after treatment.(P<0.05),but the differences between model groups are obving.3. There are no significantly changes in the weight among the model 1 group ,the model 2 group and the sham group. The injured degree of the liver of the model 2 group rabbit is wors than themodel 1 group's.[Conclusion] Histamine have the injured effect on the liver of the house rabbit to somedegrees, and there are significantly changes in the harms to the liver, with the increasing ofthe dose and time. 2. puermin might blocked the function of that histamine have the injuredeffect on the liver. 3. The results demonstrated that type I allergy is involved withpathogenesis of Acute Hepatitis B and changed directly pathology of liver. |
