| Objective:To investigate the effect of the system of anti-epilepsy in vivo on the epileptic seizure induced by penicillin in rat.Method:Rats was injected with penicillin intraperitoneally to establish acute epilepsy model. SD rats were devided randomly into two groups: self-control group (Group A), MRI group (Group B), then devided randomly into seven subgroups:Al,A2,A3,Bl, B2,B3,B4. Applied low dose of penicillin to induced low grade of epileptic seizure, until the epileptic seizure disappeared completely for 1 hour, a high dose of penicillin was intraperitoned. Observed the latent period, Racine'stage,and duration of epileptic seizure;Contrast the density of Mn2+after and before injection of penicillin. In the experiment, rat EEG was motored .Result:l)The different Racine'stage of epileptic seizure was induced by different dosesof penicillin successfully.2)MRI show that different excitability induced by different dose of penicillin. 3)The epileptic seizure induced by low dose of penicillin can reduce theRacine'stage and period of epileptic seizure induced by high dose.but can notreduce the latent period of epileptic seizure. 4) MRI show that the epileptic seizure induced by low dose of penicillin can notdecrease the excitability of seizure induced by high dose. 5)The damage of the frontal lob can depress the epileptic seizure induced by penicillin.Conclusion:1) The Racine'stage of epileptic seizure is changing with the dose of penicillin.2) The excitability of the frontal lob induced by the epileptic seizure changed with the Racine'stage of seizure.3) To evoke the system of anti-epilepsy in vivo can reduce the Racine'stage and duration of the epileptic seizure4)The system of anti-epilepsy in vivo do not work on the origen of theepileptic seizure, but on the propagation. 5) This study offer an abasement for decreasing the grade and period of epilepticseizure by exciting the system of anti-epilepsy in vivo induced by penicillin. |
