Objective To observed bone marrow stromal cell (BMSCs) grown in reconstituted water buffalo embryo and reconstituted bone xenograft of buffalo, inbred line small-ear pig and water buffalo embryo . Methods With BMSC from 4 rabbit in new Zealand reconstituted tissue engineering bone of water buffalo embryo, buffalo , inbred line small-ear pig and water buffalo embryo in vitro. These sample include in (3d, 1w, 2w, 3w, 4w ) reconstituted tissue engineered bone of water buffalo embryo, buffalo , inbred line small-ear pig and water buffalo embryo. They have been respectively observed with electronicmicroscope.Results The electronicmicroscope observation showed The number of BMSC in reconstituted tissue engineering bone of water buffalo embryo is larger than tissue engineering bone of water buffalo embryo during the same period and the BMSC in them is lager than in tissue engineering bone of water buffalo embryo the first two weeks. Conclusions The transformation from BMSC to osteoplast in reconstituted tissue engineering bone of water buffalo embryo is better than tissue engineering bone of water buffalo embryo, but as well as in reconstituted tissue engineering bone of buffalo and inbred line small-ear pig. Ductility of water buffalo embryo is better than ox bone and inbred line small-ear pig bone. Reconstituted tissue engineering bone of water buffalo embryo is a good material asreconstituted tissue engineering bone.
