Medical Industry is vital to social production, life and living. The reform of China's Medical System becomes further more socialization and urgency. It's now a leading opinion to drive Property-rights Reform of public-medical agencies in our Medical Industry. The essay begins at medical present condition in our nation, both on practices and theories, mainly studies on the origin, the urgency and the inevitability, the contents and the approaches, the policies and the relating reform measures, forming an integrated knowledge about the reform theory.The essay includes five chapters.
