The bone substitute materials, a kind of bone replanted material, are used to repair the bone defects. Especially, the substitute abio-materials, mostly used to be planted into the skeleton of the body, with the bone tissue growing in it, finally can become a part of the live bone. The bone substitute materials planted in the body will support the dynamic load. So in this paper, the dynamic mechanical properties of the bone substitute materials have been measured with the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). The noise of disturbing in the soft materials testing with the SHPB are analyzed and discussed in the paper. The dynamic testing of the material aluminum were carried out following, thus validated the system was reliability. And then the dynamic mechanical properties of the bone substitute materials were tested. The data were collected by a high speed collection card, and then the collection data were analyzed and calculated using Two-wave technique and Tri-wave technique to get the dynamic stress-strain curve. Through data processing by linear fit the materials parameter could be got, such as the dynamic configuration modulus of elasticity, the standard deviation and the correlation coefficient. The main work of this paper: 1) Tested the dynamic mechanical properties of the bone substitute materials with SHPB, and to study the three kind of bone substitute materials, the collected data were processed with Tow-wave and Tri-wave method getting the dynamic stress-strain curve. Through data processing by linear fit the materials parameter could be got, such as the dynamic configuration modulus of elasticity. Analyzing the processed data then got the data analyzed results. 2) The signal should be put into computer for collecting and analyzing the data of the SHPB. Thus the high speed data collecting and processing system about SHPB should be exploitured. In experiment the data collecting and processing system contraposing the SHPB were exploitured by C++ Builder.
