Objective: This study is to observe cell cycle, apoptosis and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) of LA795 lung adenocarcinoma of mouses treated by blood-activating and stasis-eliminating recipe(BASER) and supporting zheng nourish essence recipe(SZNER),respectively;and antitumor effect is also evaluated. To investigate the mechanism of recipes to induce apoptosis by modulate the expression of EGFR.Mathods: LA795 metastatic lung adenocarcinoma mouse model was duplicated by subaxillary injection,then which were randomized into five groups: high dosage group of BASER ,low dosage group of BASER, high dosage group of SZNER , low dosage group of SZNER,model group.Cell cycle and apoptosis were accumulated by flow cytometry, apoptosis was also demonstrated by nucleotide agarose gel electrophoresis(AGE),EGFR in tumor were examined by western blotting and immunohistochemistry combined with computer graphic analysis. Results: 1. Compared with the model group, the mouse weight of BASER group was lower(P<0.05), and the mouse weight was no different between SZNER group and the model group (P>0.05).2. Compared with the control group, BASER and SZNER blocked G0/G1 period(P<0.05) and induced apoptosis(P<0.05),but the better effect was BASER group (.P<0.05).3. Compared with the control group, BASER and SZNER could decreasethe expression of EGFR(P<0.05),but the better effect was BASER group(P<0.05). Conclusion: 1. BASER can play a better role in inhibiting LA795 lung adenocarcinoma.2. BASER and SZNER can inhibit cell cycle Go/Gj period and induce cell apoptosis, respectively.3. BASER and SZNER can decrease the expression of EGFR, respectively.4. Compared with the SZNER group, BASER can play a better role in inhibiting cell cycle Go/Gi period , inducing cell apoptosis and decreasing the expression of EGFR.5. BASER and SZNER can decrease the expression of EGFR, which may be the mechanism of inducing apoptosis and blocking cell cycle Go/Gi.
