Study Chinese Traditional Herbs On Regulating Proliferation And Cycle Cell Of Keratinocyte In Vitro

Objective: To explore the mechanism of Chinese traditional herbs on treatingpsoriasis by observing their affect to cell cycle and cell proliferation. Methods: Cultured keratinocyte line cell HaCaT in different concentration of the 8 groups herbs.At different action time,we observed the HaCaT morphologic change through inverted microscope,to gain the HaCaT proliferation station.Then to analysis the content of DNA and the variety of cell cycle. Results:1.The growth rate of HaCaT shown statistical significance between the different concentration of drug (p<0.01). Chinese Wolfberry Root-bark could promote the proliferation of HaCaT .White Mulberry Root-bark,Cortex Moutan,Areca Peel,Silktree Albizia Bark,Dictamni Cortex,Dried Tangerine Peel and "QiPiYin"could markedly inhibit the proliferation of HaCaT.And with the increasing of concentration,the effect was enhanced.2.The growth rate of HaCaT shown statistical significance between the different traditional Chinese herbs (p<0.01). The inhibitive action of "QiPiYin"on HaCaT was the best in all drugs,then Areca Peel and Dictamni Cortex,followed that was Cortex Moutan and Dried Tangerine Peel.3.The effect of"QiPiYin"on G₀/G₁ phase: the cell percentage of HaCaT shown statistical significance between the different concentration and the different action time(p<0.01).With the increasing of concentration,the cell percentage obviously...
