Objective:To sort out the most effective one of ten topica Chinese medicinal herbs by observing inhibition of the activity of cultured HaCaT cells in vitro treated by psoriatic immunoglobulin and peripheral blood mononuclear cell and explore the mechanism of topica Chinese medicinal herbs on treating psoriasis.Methods:1. Using culture medium of ten Chinese medicinal herbs of three concentration to intervene the model group of cultured HaCaT cells treated by psoriatic immunoglobulin and peripheral blood mononuclear cell respectively contrasting with the positive control group of Tripterygium Wilfordii.2. Detecting the proliferation of HaCaT cells with MTT assay.Results:1. There are statistical significant differences in optical density value between the model group and normal control group (P<0.01).2. The optical density value of HaCaT cell proliferation showed statistical significance among the different concentration of Chinese medicinal herbs (P<0.01). Cynanchum Paniculatum could not obviously inhibit the proliferation of HaCaT cells. The rest of selected Chinese medicinal herbs showed different extent inhibitory action on HaCaT cell proliferation, and there was dose-effect relationship and concentration dependent enhancement among them.3. The optical density value of HaCaT cell proliferation showed statistical significance among ten Chinese medicinal herbs (P<0.01). The inhibitory action of Fructus Kochiae on HaCaT cell was the best in all Chinese medicinal herbs, and showed statistical significance comparing with the rest of9Chinese medicinal herbs (P<0.01). The sequence array down the inhibitory action was Natural Indigo, Carthamus Tinctorius, Zedoary Rhizome, Phellodendron Amurense, Lightyellow Sophora Root, Rhubarb Root, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Fructus, and Cynanchum Paniculatum. Conclusions:Cynanchum Paniculatum could not obviously inhibit the proliferation of HaCaT cells. All of Fructus Kochiae, Natural Indigo, Carthamus Tinctorius, Zedoary Rhizome, Phellodendron Amurense, Lightyellow Sophora Root, Rhubarb Root, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Fructus showed inhibitory action on HaCaT cell proliferation and Fructus Kochiae had the best.
