The Effect Of Yin Chen Mixture On Secretion Of Lithogenic Bile In Rabbit Cholesterol Gallstone Animal Model

Objective:To establish rabbit cholesterol gallstone model with dynamic investigation and observe the effect of of yin chen mixture on lithogenic bile secretion and still do more research about the pathological mechanism of Cholesterol gallstone。 Methods:1. We established rabbit gallstone model by means of bile drainage in vivo method in a long period of time after animal operation and observed the biological changes of bile ingredients dynimically including cholesterol , total bile acid and phospholipid2. 12 rabbits were divided into 2 groups。 Normal control group were given normal diet and high cholesterol diet group were given cholesterol diet。 We also observed the changes of above biological items of bile during the period of the formation of cholesterol stones. including cholesterol , total bile acid , phospholipid and lithogenic index.3. 24 rabbits were divided into 4 groups。 Normal control group were given normal diet, but high cholesterol diet group (1.2% cholesterol in diet) were given cholesterol diet,and YinChen mixture group were given high cholesterol diet and YinChen mixture .and ursodeoxycholic acid group were given high cholesterol diet and ursodeoxycholic acid .We also observed the above items of bile during the period of the formation of cholesterol stones including cholesterol, total bile acid , phospholipid and lithogenic index.Results:1.The bile ingredients of model had only a light changes after 3 days of operation, but there are no significant differences as compared to normal control group (p>0.05).2.Bile ingredients in normal diet group had no significant change, but the bile ingredients in high cholesterol diet group had significant changes compared to normal contral group.3.Traditional Chinese herb medication.Yin chen mixture.reduced the level of bile cholesterol and increased the level of bile TBA and bile phospholipid .so Yin Chen mixture promoted the formation of lithogenic bile. Conclusion:This gallstone animal model is astable and reliable one. We can observe the changes of bile ingredients dynamically. This model didn't change the size of bile acid pool.of experimental animal. YinChen mixture can lower the occurrence of the Cholesterol stone.
