The Multi-Factor Analysis Of The Cerebral Ischemic Precondition Effect Caused By TIA

Objective: Analyze the influence of sex , hypertension , diabetes ,heart disease oncerebral ischemic precondition.Provide a clue to find out the mechanism of IPC. Provide some proof for future use inclinical, help to decide who or when to treat.Methods: Total 72 cases ,administrated in our hospital form 2004.5 to 2005.5, wereselected, Gather the data of CT result, sex , hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and TIAhistory. Use the SPSS software do one sample T test and General Linear ModelUnivariate analysis.Results: The size of infartion area in TIA group is smaller than non-TIA group. Amongthose factor, sex not related to the ischemic precondition, hypertension and diabetesreduces the effect, but heart disease enhance it.Conluction: Sex not related to the ischemic precondition, hypertension and diabetesreduces the effect, but coronary heart disease enhance it.
