In recent year , the study indicated that color M-mode Doppler echo-cardiography is a new sensitive index to assess left ventricular diastolic function by measuring the velocity of flow propagation in left ventricle during early filling , and it is a simple, easier to operation approaches. It is used in the research of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction resulting from many diseases, and has been confirmed and applied. Objective: To evaluate the velocity of flow propagation and delay time at mitral valve earlier filling measured by color M-mode Doppler compared with E/A value of conventional mitral inflow, confirming that Vp and TD do not appear pseudo-abnomal, in order to investigate their clinic value at left ventricular dysfunction in uremia. Methods: All the people divided into 2 groups: control group and patients, were analyzed with HP sono-5500.measuring every parameter of left ventricular ,systolic function by Teitch method, peak Doppler velocity E,A, Vp,TD by color M-mode Doppler .Contrasting every cordis parameter between different age groups of the control, contrasting patients with control group.Results:(1)In control group, IVSd,IVPWd increased gradually with aging, peak Doppler velocity E decreased gradually with aging , peak Doppler velocity A increased gradually with aging , Vp decreased gradually with aging, TD increased gradually with aging (P<0.05).(2) Age was younger in patients than those in control, but there was no significant difference. LA,LVIDd,IVSd,LVPWd were higher in patients...
