Objective : To research clinical significance of detection ofHBV preS1 antigenMethods : HBV preS1 antigen and serum marker (HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg, HBeAb,HBcAb-IgG,HBcAb-IgM) weredetected by ELISA;Liver fuction(ALT) was detected by kineticmethod;HBV DNA was deteced by fluorescent quantitation PCR.Results : 1,The detection rate of HBV preS1 antigen werehigh in HBeAg positive group. 2,HBV preS1 antigen was goodcoincide with HBV DNA that is a index of virus copies. 3,Thedetection rate of HBV preS1 antigen was high in liver fuction(ALT40 U/L)of chronic active hepatitis group. Conclusion : The detection results of HBV preS1 antigen andHBV DNA may very well reflect the copies of HBV and thereactiveness condition of chronic active hepatitis. HBV preS1antigen is acted as complement of HBeAg and HBV DNA, and aindex that judges reactiveness of chronic hepatitis patients. HBVpreS1 antigen has very high value for the diagnosis ,cure andobservation of HBV. But the detection of HBV preS1 antigencan not replace completely the detection of HBV DNA. HBV DNAis the most straight aetiology evidence of HBV copies andinfectivity. The level of HBV DNA is really reflect the quaulitiesof HBV infection, and supply important evidence for clinicaldiagnosis , cure and help understand pathogenetic condition.
