Chronic Hepatitis B is a public health problem that serious threat to thehealth of global people. The research of Chronic Hepatitis B is very importantfor understanding the law of incidence and development and have identifysignificance in the strategy medical for preventive and treatment of hepatitis B,health education and nursing interventions. Objective:To study the hepatitis B virus infection status, hepatitis B e antigenstatus and liver biochemical functions of hepatitis B virus infection in thephysical examination people. Provide the basis for the clinical doctor andnurse to treatment, preventive of disease and health education. Methods:Selecte the HBsAg positive people at the First Hospital of JilinUniversity for physical examination between2003~2010for research object,The date including about gender, age,HBV serological markers (HepatitisB detection kit is Kehua two pairs of semi-kit, analyzer analyzer is TECANautomated enzyme-linked immunosorbent),blood sugar,ALT, AST, GGTP, TP,ALB, TG,HDL, LDL,PLT. Comparative analysis the two groups of HBeAgnegative and positive.Statistical software is SAS statistical analysis software. The samples were analyzed using the Wilcoxon rank sum test.Results:1.The HBsAg positive rate in physical examination people was1.56%in2003,2.56%in2004,2.73%in2005,2.75%in2006,2.93%in2007,2.35%in2008,0.43%in2009,2.30%in2010respectively.The average HBsAgpositive rate of8years is2.29%. 2.The age proportion of2920HBsAg positive population is1.7%in≤19years old,14.7%in20-29years old,24.5%in30-39years old,30.3%in40-49years old,19.9%in50-59years old,6.3%in60-69years old,2.2%in70-79years old,0.4%in≥80years old; Gender proportion is67.4%inmale,32.6%in female.3. The spontaneous HBeAg seroconversion rate is2.79%per year,3.21%space in two year,4.57%space in three year,5.21%space in four year.4. The age median in HBeAg-negative group is45(38,52) higher than theage median in HBeAg-positive group is37(30,49), the difference hasstatistically significant (P <0.0001).5.The ALT median in HBeAg-negative group is24.00(17.00,37.10) lowerthan the ALT median in HBeAg-positive group is36.00(23.90,66.00),thedifference has statistically significant (P <0.0001); The AST median inHBeAg-negative group is22.00(19.00,30.50) lower than the AST median inHBeAg-positive group is28.00(21.00,48.00),the difference has statisticallysignificant (P <0.0001)Conclusion:1.The HBsAg positive rate is2.29%of the stuty in physical examinationpeople.2. The HBsAg positive people mainly in young population; The genderproportion in male higher than in female.3. Continuous observation of five years, the HBeAg negative conversionrate is grow in pace with time.4. The age in HBeAg-negative group higher than the positive group.5.The ALT and AST in HBeAg-negative group lower than the positive group.
