Chinese traditional medicine is treasure of Chinese civilization. It is exerting great function even today when technology is well developed. Especially in chronic and consumptive disease, its curative effect exceeds Western medicine. Its species are various and its components are complex, so the medical mechanism and effect of the great mass of Chinese traditional medicine are still ambiguous. In the thesis the study of Chinese traditional medicine is start with two aspects: one is starting off from micro mechanism, researching the structure, character, medical mechanism from molecular level;the other is from macro-structure, studying property of medical material as a whole or protracting dactyl gram spectrum in order to attain identifying, differentiating and quality controlling of medical material.In this thesis, fluorescent compositions of three medical materials, Bletilla striata(BS), Star Anise Root(SAR) and Lightyellow Sophora Root(LSR) were studied by routine fluorescence, synchronous fluorescence and three dimension fluorescence without separation. This provides credible reference for father study of distinguishing and medical mechanism. We scanned 3-D fluorescence spectrum of more than 200 familiar medical materials in strict uniform condition and simply summarized the rule of spectrum. On account of the spectrum possess good character of fingerprint;I programmed the searching system of 3-D fluorescence fingerprint spectrum of Chinese traditional medicine. It can output standard spectra when name of medicine is input, also can output name of medicine when spectra of medicine to be checked is input.The main contents in this paper are as follows:1. Without separation, character of fluorescent composition in BS, ASR, and LSR aqueous extraction were separately studied by appropriate wavelength selection. It was discovered that extent of interaction of fluorescence spectrum of different compositions varies according to margin of max exciting wavelength of compositions in same medicine. Linear ship between fluorescence intensity of fluorescent components and medicine concentration was studied. According to spectrum change of every fluorescent composition, proton dividing process can be primary inferred.2. Simple rule of more than 200 3-D fluorescence spectrums of medical materials was concluded. Although fluorescent compositions were mass, locations of fluorescence peak of them always lie in four positions. Through studying ultraviolet absorption spectrum of familiar fluorescent components, we can bind the components and fluorescence peaks together. Process of dealing drugs and scanning parameters were introduced. Interface, application, arithmetic, structures of the system programmed were presented.
