| Higher vocational colleges have been developed these years in China. Its arm is to train out the high-level technicians who are needed by the society. Because of its short-time of growing, the research on education and teaching is still on the way of development, the teaching effect does not achieve ideal level, and there still exist some problems on its teaching theory and method. This research begins with the analyzing of the current learning situation of the students in higher vocational colleges, constructs a teaching mode of stage-cooperative learning and applies this mode to some teaching experiments. The author tries to improve the teaching quality and carry out the education aim of higher vocational colleges by ways of this teaching mode.This research chooses three classes of 504,505,506 of five- year nurse specialty in Xiangnan Zhigong civilian-run College as the research objects. Among the classes, Class 504 is the contradistinguish class, class 505 the formal experimental class and class 506 informal experimental class. The teaching of Medical Biochemistry Course is chosen as the research matter. The main contents of the research include the following three points: the validity of the teaching mode of Phase-Cooperative Learning;the influence which is haven on the teaching effect by the composing method of cooperative learning groups;the influence which is taken on the students' overall qualities by this mode.The researcher conducts an experiment by using of the teaching mode of stage-cooperative learning. After the effort of six months, the author gets some results. According to the course teaching aim, the researcher sets a paper by choosing the test questions from some interrelated teaching reference books. The experiment results of threeclasses are all nice, and the teaching aim has been carried out. The average score of the contradistinguish class, the formal cooperation-learning group experimental class and the informal cooperation-learning group experimental class are 59.3, 78.2 and 77.3. After analyzed by the software of SPSS 10.0, the data show that the result of the contradistinguish class belongs to normal distribute, that of the two experimental classes doesn't belong to normal distribute. The scores of the experimental classes have been increased and are better than those of the other two. The course of learning also shows that the students' overall quality of the experimental classes is better. The results" show: 1. the teaching mode of phase-cooperative learning which is carried out in the higher vocational colleges can improve consumedly the students' learning abilities and overall qualities, 2. the composing method of formal cooperative learning group is better than that of informal cooperative learning group according to improving the students' learning abilities. |
