In recent years,China's higher vocational education has developed rapidly,and school-enterprise cooperation has gradually become an important development model for.higher vocational colleges.More and more scholars have begun to research school-enterprise cooperation and achieved fruitful results.At the same time,in order to support vocational colleges and universities to deepen cooperation and jointly cultivate high-skilled personnel,the government has introduced a "2+1" combination of work and study,"order-style" training,"production,research,and research" cooperation,medical education synergy and has also introduced a series of policies.Promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation.However,at present,scholars have relatively few researches on the cooperation between schools and enterprises in medical higher vocational colleges in Henan Province.There is a lack of enthusiasm in the participation of pharmaceutical enterprises in the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the overall quality of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges is not high.The lack of encouragement policies and funding support by the government has affected the deepening of cooperation between schools and enterprises.Studying how to close the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and medical enterprises and institutions is of great significance to deepening cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises.This article analyzes and studies domestic and foreign literature on school-industry cooperation,and sorts out and summarizes the background,cooperation model,experiences,lessons,and deficiencies of school-enterprise cooperation,applying Dewey's vocational education theory and stakeholders.Theory,as the theoretical foundation of the study,uses literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires,and comparative studies to investigate the management of medical vocational institutions in the province of Henan Province and the provincial pharmaceutical industry.Research on the Talent Cultivation of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges.The study finds that the cultivation of school-enterprise cooperation talents in medical higher vocational colleges is mainly due to the lack of "dual-qualified"teachers,and the lack of enthusiasm for deep enterprise participation.The government has not established effective incentive mechanisms and legal norms,and financial support has not been adequate.And other issues.According to the problems faced by the talents training of college-enterprise cooperation in medical higher vocational colleges,the author proposes to strengthen the construction of school-enterprise cooperation guarantee conditions,establish a benefit-sharing mechanism between production,learning and research,strengthen top-level design,and give full play to the guidance,support,and bridges of the government.Functions and other measures have played a crucial role in promoting the close development and deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation.
