The background and purposes of the researchJust as the service of medical science and service of nursing, the service of clinical pharmacy is one of the three big parts which built up the medical treatment hygiene service . point out that the pharmacy section of the medical treatment organization must to build up the work mode of pharmacy manage as regards the patient as the center definitely. At present to use the medicine reasonable in medical treatment health system become a focus which is attention by all over the world. That's because of unreasonable use the medicine seriously endanger the mankind's health and life's safe, and also increment government and the common people's economic burdens. Along with the exaltation of the medicine science theories and the research level, nowadays probably make clinical medicine treatment attains a more ideal level. The core of clinical pharmacy research is use medicine reasonable, and the purpose of use medicine reasonable is use medicine safety, valid, economy. How attain these 3 points, become the most important thing in clinical pharmacy's service. Along with the launch and continuously thorough clinical pharmacy work, the center of gravity pharmacy of the hospital will turn to clinic treatment gradually, the target of the hospital pharmacy work will be fixed position as the service of "take sufferer as the center".Currently clinical the state of the nation medicine treatment in ourcountry is ----use the medicine complications, Chinese traditionalmedicine western medicine suitable for use. But till now the rationality research of the Chinese traditional medicine western medicine suitable for use is a little. Exactly under this big premise, this research choose the clinic to use usually CSI and HCTI to carry on the research. The purpose is to study the result of and anti-virus when use them together and the project of use medicine reasonable. Provide consult for use medicine reasonable for clinic, ease the patient's burden, raise the result of treatment.This experiment research HCTI have the effects just as antibacterial,anti-virus, diminish inflammation, relieve a cough, strengthen bodyimmunity......etc. The method body outside experiment enunciation HCTIcan obvious repress the staphylococcus, and also can represspneumococcus, streptococci and the influenza virus......etc.HCTI have good treatment result on many kinds of inflammation illness, was valued by medical educational circles, the clinical application increase, now had already extensive applied in treatment pneumonia and urethritis and other kinds of disease.CSI is half synthesize of 3 generation cephalosprins, the main sensitive germ contains staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus, thestreptococcus pneumoniae etc.......CSI is satisfied with netherrespiratory tract infection, clinic efficient can amount to 75% above. The experiment divides in two greatest parts to carry on, the first part is to study the result of suppressed the germ when use them outside body one by one and use them at the same time. The second part is the animal experiment, study the results of anti-virus when it's in the body and the reasonable project to use medicine, for this experiment, succeed built up the streptococcius pneumoniae rabbit model specialized. Then, add the same volume str. p. under the condition of certain to observe the circumstance of the germ's growth and assurance the MIC.2.3 Results2.3.1 The MIC of CSI to pneumonia streptococci is 0.0001 mgs/ L, the MIC of HCTI is l:16(Dilution comparison of HCTI)?2.3.2 The MIC of CSI to pneumonia streptococci after lower 1 dilution degree with HCTI of 1:64 to mix still can suppress the pneumonia streptococci.3 Experiment 2: Establishment and experimental study on rabbit model ofstreptococcus pneumoniae pneumonitis3.1 OBJECTIVETo build up the rabbit pneumonia model of the streptococcus pneumoniae infection, carrying on the study of the first step of the outbreak mechanism of the streptococcus pneumoniae, to provide theories for the medicine cure, also establishment rabbit pneumonia model to do the research of the pharmic research and the medicine cure.3.2 METHODSmale New Zealand rabbits , 7 for the normal group, and other 13 rabbits are for the experiment group. For the experiment group, In the case of the full Anaesthesia inject 0.5ml streptococcus pneumoniae as the density is 10'°cfu/ml. After inoculate the germ, to measure the body temperature and leucocyte in 0, 4, 6, 30, 54, 76 hours, and kill all the animals after 76 hours ,then compute the death rate in the process. For each pulmonary lobe, the macroscopic aspect was observed , then made slice of the lung organization and observe by the microscope. Bacteria were incubated counted in a sample of lung organization homogenate .For the normal group ,to measure the same index at the same time.3.3 RESULTSAfter inoculate the streptococcus pneumoniae through trachea, thelung will be infected. Pathology change from light go to heavy performance is vascular lesions, bronchiolitis, focal bronchopneumonia, confluent bronchopneumonia,and lung abscess. General observe the pulmonary lobe , there is congest changes and color changes. The bacteria incubating is positive.4. Experiment 3: The anti-virus and reasonable to use medicine animal experiment when consociation usage the CSI and HCTI.4.1 Purpose4. 1. 1 Researches the results when difference use CSI and HCTI in body and use CSI and HCTI in body at the same time.4. 1.2 Study the relationship between the quantity and result when use the two medicines at the same time, and assurance the suitable project of use medicine to anti-virus, to provide reference for the clinic.4.2 MethodBuild up the rabbit pneumonia model of the pneumonia streptococci infection. Divide the domestic rabbit in to 8 s random as normal group (group 1), male matched control(group 2), HCTI normal regulations group (group 3), CSI regulations group(group 4), consociation usage group. The consociation usage group was divided into four groups, as don't change the quantity of HCTI, and change the quantity of CSI, establish the quantity of CSI for four groups as very low (group 5),low (group 6) .medium (group 7),high (group 8), and than to should person's dosage of CSI 0.5 g, 1.0 g, 2. 0 g, 4. 0 g respectively.After building the mold give medicine by vein once a day, and than to death all animals after 76 hours. Get the animal's lung (take five lobes of lung), observe generally and give the cent, make slice of the lung organization (take five lobes of lung), observe by microscope give the cent. Use the starch evenly of lung organization to develop germs. The method of statistic: Statistic by the SARS software, adopt Student- Newman- Keuls and Dumett'st to exam.4. 3 Results4.3.1 Exam each index sign by SNK group6, 7 and 8 have no covariancedifference (p>0.05), group 1, 2, and 5 also have no covariance difference(p>0.05). Other groups have covariance difference (p<0.05).4. 3. 2 Take Group 6s as the standard, Exam each index sign by Dunnett' s, the results are group 1, 2, 3,4, and 5 have obvious covariance difference with group 6( p<0. 05), group 7and 8 have no obvious covariance difference with group 6( p>0.05).5. ConclusionBy experiment 1 and experiment 2 and experiment 3, we got conclusions next5. lBoth CSI and HCTI can suppress pneumonia streptococci when use them outside body.5.2 Consociation usage them outside body, have conjunct function to repress the germs.5. 3 Built up the rabbit streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia experiment model successfully.5.4 Consociation usage them inside body, have conjunct function to repress the germs.5.5 The Consociation usage group have no covariance difference except the group which has very low CSI, consider the factor * reduce medicine that patient use, ease patient burden", so when use HCTI to treatment breath system infection etc, recommend to consociation usage CSI reasonable quality is 0. lg(low measure group).
