Evaluation Of Immunotoxicologic Of Injection Of Heartleaf Houttuynia Herb On Mice

Objective:To reasch the immunotoxicologic of injection of Heartleaf Houttuynia Herb on mice and to find the reason of Allergize,establish a new method to evaluation the toxicity and effect of chinese materia medica:.METHODS:Five adjuvant of injection tween-80, Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin,dextran,PEG-4000,lecithin intraperitoneal injection on mice,observe the change of body weight,blood routine test, plaque forming cell, maerophage function test to investigate the effect of immune function on mice. Mice wre weighed and randomly divided into injection of Heartleaf Houttuynia Low dose group,Middle dose group,High dose group and compared group, Administered every other day by tail vein injection for a month.In the end all kinds of immunotoxicity indexes of mice of every group were compared such as body weight,guts index,blood routine test,plaque forming cell, maerophage function test,lymphocyte sort and IgE content.Compared the change of immunity functions on mice.Use GC-MS to detective different time of blood sample from mice which vein inject the Injection of Heartleaf Houttuynia,and combine the reslut of toxicity test.RESULTS:Compared with control group, Tween-80 has a heavier toxicity than other adjuvant to inhibited the mice body grow and make the wihte blood cell, nonspecific immunity, humoral immunity fucntion decreased significantly.Injection of Heartleaf Houttuynia Herb high dose group has a heavier toxicity than low dose group and middle dose group. New Houttuyfonate Injection use Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin as solubilizing agent,can boost the immunity functions significantly on mice.
