Objective To observe the expression of p16, CD34 and survivin cytokines in pancreatic carcinoma tissues, and discuss the development regulation and clinical significance of pancreatic carcinoma patients. Methods The respectable pancreatic carcinoma tissues of 42 patients was stained with PV-9000 polymer detection system for immuno-histological staining of immunohistochemistry and DAB coloration kit, to detect the expression of p16, CD34 and survivin cytokines in pancreatic carcinoma tissues. The control group is 10 normal pancreas tissues from normal adult ptoma of abnormal death. Using the known positive section as the positive criteria, PBS displaces primary antibody as negative criteria. Results The expression of p16 in pancreatic carcinoma tissues were lower than in normal pancreatic tissues which had significant difference (P =0.03, P <0.05), The expression of survivin in pancreatic carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than in the normal pancreatic tissues (P<0.05). The expression of CD34 in pancreatic carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than in the normal pancreatic tissues (P<0.05), The expression of survivin and p16 cytokines has significant correlation with the degree of differentiation of pancreatic carcinoma. Conclusion The expression of CD34 and survivin cytokines was higher in the pancreatic carcinoma tissues than in the normal pancreatic tissues, but which of p16 was converse , from which we can know that the expression of P16, CD34 and survivin is closely related to pancreatic carcinoma. More researching and studying conduce to understanding the immune state of the pancreatic carcinoma patients, searching better clinical diagnosis and therapy methods.
