According to the research of the immunity ,cell membrane andkinds of biological material 1 ,as we can see ,in our body ,thepolysaccharide play a role ,not only provide energy ,but also has otherfunction .The reseach of polysaccharide is more and more hotnow .People all of the world have attracted many kinds ofpolysaccharides from biological material which have highactivity .Above all ,the research of polysaccharide developes muchfaster than before.Angelica sinensis is Chinese traditional medicine .It play a greatrole in curing the people who are sisk .Nowadays people find that thepolysaccharide may be the active material in Angelica sinensis byusing advanced technology .So ,we pay more and more attention to it.To this paper: the method of extracting/polysaccharide, combined-enzyme method , was studied and theoptimum conditions was found. The a-ctivity of thepolysaccharide ,for example: antioxidative activity of thepolysaccharides, such as inhibiting effects on O2-, ? OH, the habitionof blood sugar was also studied. After extracted, the polysaccharideswere separated by sepharose CL-6B gel filtration chromatography. We found that antioxidative activity of the polysaccharides, suchas inhibiting effects on 02" ?, ? OH, the habition of blood sugar waregreat. After extracted, the polysaccharides were separated bysepharose CL-6B gel filtration chromatography and four fractionseluted out.
