The study about the mechanism of liver injury and its prevention has became the hot spot in biology and medical study in domestic and oversea these years. Aprotinin is a kind of alkaline polypeptide, the inhibitor of unspecific serine proteinase. For clinical, the aprotinin is commonly used in arresting bleeding during surgery, pancreas inflammation, shock, asthma and gynecological illnesses etc. Aprotinin has protective functions in many experimental injuries such as bloodletting and blood re-get in liver, brain and heart injuries has significant protection and there aren't any article about that aprotinin has the protective functions in acute liver injury induced by D-GalN. Right now, there aren't any articles for the functions about aprotinin protecting the experimental Wistar's experimental injury induced by D-GalN, too. There were many studies about acute injury they were only for the protection or therapeutic effects. But the articles for both therapeutic effects and protection are very rare. This paper will use D-GalN to build the acute hepatic injury Wistar rats models and use the aprotinin to protect Wistar rats liver. And will discuss its working mechanism for the further studying of protection of this illness and to find a effective method. This experiment will use D-GalN to build the acute liver injury animal model by Wistar rats, and using aprotinin to protect the Wistar liver. Results showed that compared the model control group and normal control group, the serum ALT and AST increased significantly (p<0.001), the model control group liver weight coefficient increased significantly (p<0.001) compared with the normal control group. Compared the model...
