The Treatment Of Deep Vein Thrombosis Of Lower Extremity And Clinic Analysis Of 89 Cases

Objective: To explore the effective therapy methods for acutedeep vein thrombosis in lower extremity (DVT). Methods: Retrospectanalysis of 89 patients with acute DVT being treated with compositivemethods including thromblytic through the deep vein of lowerextremity, anticoagulation, circulation improvement. from August2004 to August 2005. Results: There were only 40 patients, 44.1% ofthe 89 patients had definite nosogenesis. Most of the patients have nodefinite nosogenesis. 86(96.6%) patients cured, 3(3.4%) patients hadremarkable. Conclusion: Thromblytic, anticoagulation and circulationimprovement are effective and safe therapy methods for the disease.
