Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and advantage oflaparoscopy on treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods: 313 cases of operative tubal pregnancy wereretrospectively analysed in china-Japan union hospital andChang-Chun Gynecology and obstetics hospital from Jannary 2002 todecember 2004 including 202 casesof. Laparoscopy and 111laparctomy,compared the operation time,blood loss transfusion,time of anus exsufflation,postoperation analgesia and antibiotics,hospital resources and so on.Results: There were no significance in operation time andβ-HCG desent between two groups (72.5±29vs 75.48±29.20,6.7±3.1vs 6.5±2.7,P>0.05),but in the blood loss transfusion, rehahititationtime the days of hospitalzatim after operatin in laparoscopic group.Were significanty less than those in laparctomy. group(21.15±12.36vs45.68±12.34,20.09±4.32vs 34.46±12.25,6.21±1.75vs 8.16±1.15P<0.01) laparoscopy resource was much more higer than laparctomy(4706.62±603.81 vs 3067.70±592.27 p<0.05)9but the virtue oflaparoscopy for tuable pregnancy was confirmed by the patients inother aspects and becoming the first choice.Conclusion: Operative laparoscopy for tubal pregnancy has morebenefits than laparctomy et high curative rate small wound scarlesslittle pain and beauty quick recouery etc. It has becoming the routineand first choice in big cities in china especially for young women whowanted baby in future. The technique is safe and effective whenperfomed by and experienced laparoscopist so makemore progress inthe skill lower the antibiotics use absorbable sutures in order todecrease the hospital stay and resource β -HCG assay is veryimportant after salpingostomy for preventive persistent MTX is thebest drug for the following treatment.
