Analysis On Diagnosis And Treatment Of177Cases With Tubal Pregnancy By Laparoscopy Combined With Transvaginal Ultrasonography

Ectopic pregnancy is often occurs in reproductive age women.Once the nidusbroken,the serious complications for example the intraperitoneal hemorrhage often beenaroused,and these always be the main cause of maternal mortality in the first-termpregnancy.The early diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy seems especiallyimportant.Earlier diagnosis is made possible by the transvaginal ultrasonography，thesensitive and specific radioimmunoassays for human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),dilation＆curettage (D＆C),and laparoscopy．The main therapeutic methods include thepharmacotherapy and surgical therapy.We made a retrospective analysis of all the tubal pregnancy patients admitted to theobstetrics and gynecology department of the first hospital of the Jilin University from2001to2010in this paper.The chi-square test, t-test were performed in data analysis to summarizethe clinical characteristics of the tubal pregnancy.The more important parts is the analysis ofthe cases of tubal pregnancy which were diagnosed and treated by transvaginalultrasonography combined with laparoscopy.We want to summary our clinical experiences ofthe diagnosis and treatment on the tubal pregnancy during the past10years,and providesome reference for our clinical work. The number of patients with tubal pregnancy and theratio of tubal pregnancy and delivery contemporaneity in our hospital has raised obviously inthe past10years. The account of all the tubal pregnancy patients by Laparoscopy combinedwith transvaginal ultrasonography of our hospital is177.All the patients were givenlaparoscopic surgery successfully.The adnexal mass could be found when they were smallerand unrupture by Laparoscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasonography.This reducedthe chance of shock and the transmission of Blood-borne disease. laparoscopic surgery issafe、prompt、accurate and easy operate.laparoscopy have double action not only in thediagnosis but also in the treatment especially for the cases whom we highly suspect but Can’tdiagnosis.We can complete both probing and hemostasis soon by emergency laparoscopy.Laparoscopic surgery have less interference to circulation and respiratory system.Nearly five years the laparoscopic techniques of our hospital developed very fast. Theoperation time of laparoscopic surgery is shorter than the open ones. We can find other tinylesions in the pelvic cavity and deal with them meanwhile easily during the laparoscopic surgery.By using laparoscopic surgery the operation time and the postoperative day inhospital are shorter,the patients restored fast.The quality of life of patients after surgeryincreased obviously.
