Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chloasma By Auricular-plaster Therapy Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of chloama with the therapy of blood letting in ear apex and magnetic pearl pressing plus traditional Chinese medicine,meanwhile to study the mechanisms. Methods: 90 cases were divided into the auricular- acupuncture group treated with blood letting in ear apex and magnetic pearl pressing, traditional Chinese medicine group treated with traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group,30 cases each.four weeks were a treatment couse.after two treatment couse,we observed the changes of clinical symptoma, SOD and MDA.Results:(1) The total clinical effective rate was 93.3% in the acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group, 70.0% in the auricular- acupuncture group, 76.7% in the traditional Chinese medicine group,significantly higher in the acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group compared with that in auricular- acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group (p<0.05) . (2) After therapy ,the improvement of average area and color chloama in the acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group were superior to those in the auricular-acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(p<0.05).(3) Significant increased levels of SOD and MDA were difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment in all 3 groups.there were statistical difference in the acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine...
