Object: To gather the information and creat an OA date bank in Guangxi province we have compiled some documents which may index many OA epidemiological properties .Method : This study was aimed to determine the potential risk factors for OA, using questionaire survey to 330 OA patients and 300 no-OA people control group at the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university from April 2005 to March 2006, to discover the possible epidemiological correlation factors of OA.Results:1. Sixty-three cases(19.1%) are prior to 50 years old ,the remains are older patients. amond the crowd older than 50 the peole have the more probility to access the OA and the proportion benteen women and men is 1.75:1.2.OA has a considerable association with familial inheretancy ( B=3.662 OR=12.68 95%CI=3.648-35.544 ). It is the first time in Guangxi Province to discover the correlation constant between OA and inheritance.3 BMI has a importance risk of OA(B=1.467 P=0.001<0.05 OR=1.595 59%IC=0.199-2.122 ), sixty cases (50%) has adiposity in OA group among Men,eighty-four cases(40%) among women.4. Labor intensity(B=0.206 OR=0.191)and Occupation(B=0.034 P=0.538) are associated with OA.5. Regular drinking milk and eating been has a negetive association with OA. The daily sports has no association with OA.6.The time exlposure in sun-ray (B=-1.486 OR=0.226 95%CI=0.145-0.354) and the green vegetable (B=-1.23 OR=0.135 95%CI=0.035-0.43 ) has a negetive...
