The Effect Of Qiangji Jianli Yin On The Cytokines Content Of Myasthenia Gravis With Deficiency Of Spleen

Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a acetylcholine receptor regulated, antibody-mediated, cell-mediated immunity depended, complement-regulated autoimmune disease. It is considered that MG' s pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen-qi and grastic-qi, and the five internal organs due to asthenia of viscera. Glucocorticosteroid and immunosuppressants are important durgs commonly which treat MG commonly now, but it is easy to bring the other effects that resulting from repeated use and recidivate quickly. Otherwise TCM have a state efficacy, and bring little other effects, at the same time TCM can avoid some side effects which bringed by immunosuppressants and cell toxicity drugs. The long range research of Qiangji jianli yin in clinic gain the good result. Objection:1, Clinical study: To investigate the clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α ) , interleukin-6 (IL-6) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL~2R) in MG with Qiangji jianli yin.2, Retrospective study: To understand the clinic features of 110 MG patients in hospital. Methods:1, Clinical study: The serum levels of TNF-α , IL-6 and sIL-2R were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 40 MG patients with different clinical types (MG group). MG group was subdivided into two subgroups according to their absolute scores rated by Xu' s scoring system and disease scoring system of TCM. After processing the data with ststisticsmethod, I studied the changes between the two groups in terms of TNF-a , IL-6 and sIL-2R.2> Retrospective study: Retrospective analyzing the case datas of 110 MG patients in hospital, I analyzed the epidemiology informations, clinic features, accessory examinations and treatments. Results:KClinical study: The cytokines(TNF-a ? IL-6) content of Qiangji jianli yin therapy team are more than that of control team, there is notable difference between two groups(P<0.05).2n Retrospective study: The all patients were divided into three groups of TCM & CHEI and TCM & CHEI & hormone and TCM & CHEI & hormone & operative threatment;total actovoty ratio were 90%> 84. 4%n 84.6% in the near future, there' er not stastics meaning between three treatment(P=0.199) and the crisis incidence was higher than mortality. Conclusions:1, TNF- a , IL-6 and sIL-2R played a role in the immune pathogenesis of MG. There was an disorder of cell-mediated immunity in MG patients, at the same time,so was the disorder of humenal immunity. The curative effect of routine treatmeat added Qiangji jianli yin is much better than that of only immunosuppressants' method. This new method has the funcation of regulating the secretion of inflamaative cytokines, thus reducing complications. So it can serve as a new curative method for MG.2n There were different evidence among pathogenetic ageN clinical symptomN complication and accessory examination of MG, that provided guiding significance for the clinic. Compared the disadvantages and advantages of different therapeutic methods in existence, TCM is a safer therapeutic method.
