The Relationship Between Interleukin-10, Interleukin-18 ,Soluble Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor And Hepatitis B-Associated Chronic Liver

Object To explore the relationship between serum interlukin-10(IL-10) ,interlukin-18(IL-18) ,soluble necrosis factor receptor levers and pathogenesis in patients with chronic hepatitis B and post-hepatitic cirrhosis .Methods levers of serum sTNFRâ… ,IL-10 ,IL18 were detected by ELISA respectively in 46 patients with chronic hepatitis B ,62 patients with post-hepatitic cirrhosis and 20 controls.Results 1 sTNFRâ… ,IL-18 were higher in patients than in controls(p<0.01).serum IL-10 were higher in cirrhosis than in chronic hepatitis B and in controls . 2 IL-18 levers in patiens were correlated with serum bilirubin concentrations and inversely correlated with PTA.However serum IL-10 levels in patients were correlated with PTA and inversely correlated with serum bilirubin concentrations. 3 sTNFRâ…  and IL-18 in cirrhosis increased with worsening of child score and IL-10 decreased with worsening of child score. 4 The levels of sTNFRâ…  and IL-18 higher in patients with chronic heavy and moderate hepatitis B than in patients with chronic mild hepatitis B and controls.The levels of IL-10 higher in patients with chronic mild hepatitis B than in patients with chronic heavy and moderate hepatitis B and controls and the levels of IL-10 lower in patients with chronic heavy hepatitis B than in controls. 5 In cirrhosis group ,elevated levers of sTNFRâ…  and IL-18 were found in patients with lower albumin ,compared with patients with higher albumin (p<0.05).There are a positive correlation between the levels of IL-10 and serum albumin and there are a inversely correlation between the levels of IL-18,sTNFRâ…  and serum albumin . 6 In cirrhosis group patients with ascites had higher levers of sTNFRâ…  and IL-18 than patients without ascites (p<0.05),however ,had lower levers of IL-10. 7 There are significan correlation between sTNFRâ…  and IL-18 and IL-10 were inverslycorrelated with sTNFRâ…  and IL-18.Conclusion 1 sTNFRâ…  and IL-18,IL-10 may play important roles in inflammation period of hipatocellular damage and involve in the pathogenetic process of chroic hepatitis B or post-hepatitic cirrosis and have significant correlations. 2 The levels of sTNFRâ…  and IL-18 IL-10 reflect degree of hepatocyte damage to some extent .It is helpful to evaluate state of an illness ,judage prognosis and establish remedial project for clinic.
