The Effect Of Artesunate On The Expression Of CD54 On The Surface Of Lymphocyte In The Peripheral Blood Of SLE-like Mices And Therapeutic Effect Of Artesunate On The Lupus Erythematosus

[Object]1 To observe the effect of artesunate on the expression of CD54 on the surface of lymphocyte in the peripheral blood of SLE-like mices treated by artesunate in different dosages .2 To evaluate the therapeutic effect of artesunate on the Lupus Erythematosus and its security.[Significence]1 To study the imraunoregulatory mechanism of artesunate in defferent dosages in SLE-like mices.2 To explore medication and therapy of feasibility and less side-effect to SLE with applying seasonal-febtile-disease theory to direct the therapy of SLE. [Methods]1 In the animal experiment, immunofluorescence was used to observe the effect of artesunate on the expression of CD54 on the surface of lymphocyte in the peripheral blood of SLE-like mices, which were in the mess of the immunity function induced by every BALB/C mice injected with LPS 100ug, by flow cytometry.2 SLE patients in active stage were distributed into three groups according to SLEDAI standard. We analyzed and compared the improvement of clinical effect , laborotary indices , total efficacy rate and SLEDAI scores to evaluate three groups' clininal effect and side-effects.
