Method: apply retrospective statistical method to research case of a particular disease in hospital. Collect the patient, s general state of health(name, sex, age, course of disease, and so on.),the blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin when first hospital admission. The blood sugar unit is mmol. According to the inclusion criteria, the chosens will be registered on the table. So we can approach the different influence to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of type 2 diabetic in different time and space.3. Result:(1) Among traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of type 2 diabetic in our hospital in 2001-2005, asdthenic splenonephro-yang and humid heat phlegm is a big group, it occupies 31.98%.
