Clinical Research Of Treating Lupus Nephritis With Lingdan Tablets With A Little Prednisone Acetate Tablets/immunosuppressant

[Objective]This clinical research is to treat lupus nephritis with lingdan tablets with a little prednisone acetate tablets/immunosuppressant, to observe the clinical effection of lupus nephritis by TCM integrating with west medicine, in contrast with the clinical effection of lupus nephritis by west medicine, to observe the clinical effection of lupus nephritis by TCM integrating with west medicine,and research the dosage of west medicine ,reduction of west medicine and the side-effects of west medicine, and offer clinical gist of lupus nephritis by TCM integrating with west medicine. [Methods]Setting: the first hospital affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;Nanfang hospital.Patiants/participants: The patients involved in the study were the successive inpatients and outpatients of the department of the medicine of the first hospital affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) form May, 2004 to December, 2005. The selected cases were those meeting the ARA criteria for TCM,1997. The domestic currency grade standard table for SLE is adopted.Methods: the experiment group: lingdan tablets with Chinese traditingal medicinesoup and a little prednisone acetate tablets/immunosuppressant;the control group: prednisone acetate tablets. [Results]In the clinical symptom, such as fatigue, sudation, hairlose, lnmbago, tongue demonstration, the patients of two groups are ameliorative obviously. But the experiment group have obviously advantage compared with the control group (P<0. 05) . LN disease active scales of two groups are obviously descend, but the experiment group is superiorto the control group(P<0. 05). In experiment guide line,the two groups are ameliorate in some aspects, such as decreasing ESR, reducing urine protein, BUN, Cr ect.The experiment group is superior to the control group (P<0. 05) .In the alexin decreased in the blood, that of the two groups are improving compared with itself, but the alexin in the biood of the two groups is not different after therapy.In reducing corticorsteriods dosage,the corticorsteriods dosage is not odds compared with the two groups before therapy (P>0.05) .The corticorsteriods dosage of the experiment group is odds compared with itself before and after therapy (P<0. 05);the corticorsteriods dosage of the control group is not odds compared with itself before and after therapy (P>0. 05) .The gross of corticorsteriods of the experiment group is obviously reduced compared with that of the control group.In alleviating the side-effects of west medicine, the syndrome, such as of the experiment group is infrequent compared with that of the control group. The contrast of the two groups is significative (P<0. 05) .Treating lupus nephritis by lingdan tablets with a little prednisone acetate tablets/immunosuppressant has good theraputic effect, abating clinical symptom, ameliorating experiment guide, helping to reducing dosage of corticorsteriods, being propitious to retreating corticorsteriods, redounding to level off the state of SLE, and alleviating the side-effects of west medicine. [Conclusion]l.On the treatment of LN,TCM integrating with west medicine is outbalance based on medicine.2. The research of Chinese herbs treating LN is necessary to enhancing.
