Objective:The purpose of this study was to establish the animal models of reflux esophagitis (RE) and antireflux operation, to observe the general morphous and pathological change of models'esophagus, to detect the expression of HO-1 , iNOS and HSP70, so as to evaluate the effection of the animal models and to analyze the affect of the reflux factors in rat. And some experiment and theory foundation were provided to benefit the prevention and cure of the RE especially the refluxing after the esophagogastro-anastomosis operation. Methods: Establishing the animal models including simple acid refluxing (group A, 20), single bile regurgitation (group B, 20), acid and bile juice refluxing (group C, 20), embolia-esopha–gastrostomy (group D, 20), esophagastrostomy (group E, 20) and sham-operation (group F, 20), observing the animals'survive state, esophageal samples'general morphous and pathological change (with the HE coloratura). And the RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of HO-1, iNOS and HSP70 in all cases. The SPSS10.0 statistic software package for Windows was used to perform the analysis.Results...
