Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the experienced prescription anti-reflux mixture in the treatment of RE and the improvement of the symptoms of esophageal mucosa. In this study, antireflux mixture was used in combination with rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets and moxapride citrate dispersible tablets, while traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were selected for the control study, the clinical symptoms and curative effect were compared after 4 weeks of treatment, comparative analysis of the efficacy between and within groups was conducted. From a holistic point of view,to explore the clinical effect of TCM on RE,TCM syndrome differentiation can be more objective and standardized, providing theoretical support for clinical treatment. Methods: This study included 120 outpatients and inpatients of qinghai provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine who met the diagnostic criteria.According to the random number table method,it is divided into three groups.40 patients in the group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were treated with antireflux mixture combined with rabeprazole enterolysis and moxapride citrate dispersible tablets at the same time,40 patients in TCM group were given anti-reflux mixture,in the western medicine group,40 patients were given rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets and moxapride citrate dispersible tablets, the treatment lasted for 4 weeks and the course of treatment was 1 month. All three groups received TCM symptom scores of reflux esophagitis before and after treatment, comprehensive efficacy evaluation,at the end of the study, the collected data were analyzed. Results: 1.In terms of improving clinical symptoms, there were statistically significant differences in clinical symptom scores between the three groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),these results suggest that the three treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.Pairwise comparison of symptom scores was made between the three groups after treatment, statistical Rank Sum Test of Symptom Integrals in Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Group and Western Medicine Group after Treatment, except for fatigue symptoms, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05),the other symptoms had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Comparison between integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and TCM group, the scores of acid regurgitation heartburn, retrosternal burning pain, epigastric pain and diet reduction were compared by statistical rank sum test, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the remaining symptoms were not statistically significant(P >0.05).TCM symptom score was compared between TCM group and western medicine group, the statistical differences of acid regurgitation, heartburn and hypochondriac pain were statistically significant(P < 0.05),the remaining symptoms were not statistically significant(P >0.05).2.The total effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 97.4%,that of the western medicine group was 78.9%,and that of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 74.4%,there was a statistical difference between the three groups(P < 0.05).Comparison of total effective rate between integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P < 0.017),the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was better than that of western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group. There was no systematic difference between the total effective rate of TCM group and western medicine group(P >0.017),it is suggested that the experienced prescription of anti-reflux mixture combined with western medicine can effectively treat reflux esophagitis with good efficacy. Conclusion: Anti-reflux mixture, rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets and moxapidil citrate dispersible tablets can effectively improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and promote healing of esophageal mucosa,in terms of improving the clinical reflux symptoms of patients, the treatment group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.
