Objective: In the world the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer stands the second in female malignant tumor. Furthermore the suffering age becomes younger and younger. There is a rather long time before the occurrence of cervical cancer. Thereby the early diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) becomes an effect way to decrease the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer. The infection of Human papilloma virus (HPV) is the main nosogenesis. So it is important to treat HPV infection and CIN timely for preventing and curing cervical cancer. During the course of CIN the level of some biologic molecule may become abnormal so it can provide an effective biomarker, breakthrough for the diagnose of CIN. The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression of MCM5,MCM7 in CIN and cervical cancer and the possible relation with HPV16, through which to provide new, credible biomarker for the screen,follow-up,prognosis of cervical cancer and the supervision of HPV infection.Method:1 The expression of MCM5,MCM7 by immunohistology: The expression of MCM5,MCM7 protein was detected by SP according to the manufacturer's instructions. The value of...
