Objective: To evaluate the expression and significance of minichromosome mainte nance protein 7 (MCM7), cell division cycle protein 6 (CDC6) and P27kip1 protein in cervical cancer and CIN.Methods: Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detected the expression of MCM7, CDC6, and P27kip1 protein in 31 cases of cervical cance, 50 cases of CIN, and10 cases of cervical chronic inflammation(as control group). Results: 1)The positive rate of MCM7 in cervical chronic inflammation, CINâ… , CINâ…¡-â…¢and cervical cancer, was 30.0%, 60.0%, 85.0% and 93.6 %; the positive rate of MCM7 in cervical cancer was higher than that of cervical chronic inflammation, and CIN, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the positive expression rate of CINâ…¡-â…¢was higher than CINâ… and cervical chronic inflam mation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). 2)The positive expression rate of CDC6 in cervical chronic, CINâ… ,CINâ…¡-â…¢and cervical cancer was 30.0%, 50.0%, 77.5% and 90.32%; the positive rate of CDC6 in cervical cancer was higher than that of cervical chronic inflammationand CIN, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the positive expression of CINâ…¡-â…¢was higher than that of cervical chronic inflammation, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).3)CIN,CINâ…¡-â…¢and cervical cancer, the positive expression rate of P27kip1 in cervical chronic inflammation, CIN,CINâ…¡-â…¢and cervical cancer was100.0%,90.0%,50.0% and 16.1; the positive expression rate of P27kip1 was higher than CIN and cervical cancer, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the positive expression rate of CINâ… was higher than CINâ…¡-â…¢and cervical cancer, the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05). 4. The positive expression rate of CDC6 in cervical cancer in well-differentiated group and poorly-differented group was statistically significant(P<0.05); there was no statistical significant difference in well-differentiated group, and poorly differentiated group(P>0.05) for MCM7 and P27kip1; the expression of MCM7,CDC6 and P27kip1 in different age and nation did not have significance of statistics(P>0.05). 5) In cervical cancer, CIN and cervical chronic inflammationand, the expression of MCM7 and CDC6 were positively correlated (r=0.7356, P<0.05);P27kip1 respectively has negative correlation with MCM7, and CDC6 (respectively r =-0.2720, P = 0.0195 and r =-0.2558, P=0.0275).Conclusion:P27kip1, MCM7, and CDC6 participate in the development and progresssion of cervical cancer; MCM7, and CDC6 have a jointaction in this process. The three may have an important value in the diagnosis of the cervical cancer in the early stage.
