Objective: 1. To evaluate the value of gray scale sonography in differenting malignant from benign lesions; 2. To analyzed the color and power Doppler signals in solid breast lesions and to evaluate the value of color and power Doppler sonography in differenting malignant from benign lesions.Methods:1. The breast was detected radiantly around the nipple. When the lesion was found, the diameter, shape, location, margin, hyperechoic halo, internal echotexture, calcification, posterior echo, and bilateral refraction sign.2. Color Doppler sonography was performed to detect vessel in the lesions. If more than one vessels were detected within a lesion, we obtained spectral waveforms for up to three different vessels using pulsed Doppler sonogramphy. The peak systolic velocity (PSV), pulsatility index (PI), resistive index (RI), and acceleration time (AT) values were calculated for all these waveforms. PSV, PI, RI and AT were defined as follows: PSV: the maximum blood flow velocity of systolic phase; PI: (peak systolic velocity– end diastolic velocity) /mean blood flow velocity; RI: (peak systolic velocity– end diastolic...
